Good location, just needs a bit more.

The area was lovely and the hotel looked good following its refurb. Good prices for food and drink.

The pool temperature was inaccurate. We asked for additional pillows twice. Room was only cleaned once.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Good location, vicinity of supermarkets and acceptable distance to beach

The selection of foods for breakfast and dinner could be better. Also, I did not enjoy the "thematical" dinners" like Asian, Mexican, and others, I would prefer to enjoy the local cuisine.

Very nice hotel & staff, shame about the breakfast

Well placed, clean, nice friendly staff.

The breakfast was a little expensive for what it was & the bacon & eggs had been allowed to go almost cold.

Great location, nice spacious rooms.

Staff not very helpful, housekeeping got very lazy mid way through our stay. Room was not cleaned properly on 4 occasions.

Wonderful

Really good breakfast and dinner with a varied menu. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Great location...the hotel is right between the beach and a shopping center with lots of restaurants and nightlife

The shower was leaking. After every shower, there was quite a large puddle of water on the floor in the bathroom, which was only slowly drying up. Wifi worked fine, but I only received one access code that could only be used on one device at a time. This is quite annoying if you use multiple devices for work etc. There is only one elevator, so sometimes you have to wait quite a long time for it.

Wonderful

The hotel is very well placed in relation to the beach, the supermarket nearby. Room (101) excellent, recently renovated from what I understand. A wonderful terrace in front of the room, permanently in the shade. Exemplary cleanliness, daily, towels changed permanently. Parking at the hotel 10 euros per day, maybe a little bit more, but you can park on the street for free. I recommend with confidence but for the beach you will have to move if you want really out of the story beaches (Amadore, Anfi). I also recommend renting a car for the beaches and walks in the mountain villages. CICAR is the best quality-price company.

location, clean, staff, comfortable room

12th floor was being fully renovated which meant noise every morning at 9am as we were on the 11th floor, although this was intrusive it was just about acceptable and manageable as we were away exploring basically every day, I do believe the hotel and/or booking.com should have made this fact clear to all guests being accommodated on floor 11 at the time of booking and in reality a reduced charge should have been offered to accept this intrusion

Definitely recommend this hotel as I have stayed here a few times

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good selection for Breakfast although fried eggs a bit over cooked lots of times. Snacks at the bar and pool side are excellent. Room was excellent except balcony lacked sun during the stay.

No sun on balcony due to position of room being at the back of the hotel

Wonderful

Location is 10 minutes away from the boulevard and beach. In the hotel everything is logical. Staff is frendly and we enjoyed it very much

Evening dinner has not many variety in the hotel but is only 15,- pp. So we went for dinner outside because whitin 500 meters around this hotel you find many attractive restaurants and bars

Extremely enjoyable and would certainly recommend the property

Hotel was very clean with extremely helpful staff. We had a Junior suite for a week, which was well designed, and just big enough for that amount of time. Location was great between Yumbo centre and Playa del Ingles

The pool and poolside area was a bit small, but we didn’t actually spend any time poolside, so it did not affect us

Overall our stay was Pleasant , Perhaps a change next time

This is the third time we have Stayed at Anamar , Now I think perhaps chaged owners to Livvo , we had the exact same room as previously 507 , we like the location , Facilities are good but we did not use much of them to be Honest.

I have three complaints , We chose to eat Breakfast , Quality inconsistent , One day the Fried Eggs were undercooked and the Scrambled eggs also , Like soup , I complained , and was told this is how German People Like eggs , are they only catering for Germans , They did do me three Fried Eggs over easy so that was nice , however it put me off going for breakfast again. The second issue was the Quality of the Pillows , Awful , suggest they need new. The third we arrived back perhaps around 9pm one evening and were taking some pictures by the pool area only to be told by a Rude member of staff to get out !!!

Great week away in Ananar, would revisit!

Great location. 5 min stroll to Yumbo and a 10 min stroll to the beach. Supermarket 2 mins away. Rooms had plenty of space, big bathroom and balcony with couple of recliners and a table. Had room at the back overlooking the jacuzzis which was perfect as it was shaded in the afternoon so the rooms didn’t get too hot.

Nothing particularly, kitchenette was a bit basic and couldn’t get the hot plate to work but was fine for a week (microwave, fridge, etc) and they delivered a toaster when asked.
